- All type of fabric such as cotton, Rayon, Staples and Synthetic can be conveniently processed.
- All parts coming in the contact of fabric are made of non-corrosive stainless steel.
- The special squeezing device coated with nitrile Rubber, Squeezes out excessive chemicals from the batch.
- Stepless D.C. Drive imparts minimum tension on the fabric weighing up to 1600mm. dia or fabric weighing up to 1000kg. can be loaded for process.

Technical Specification of Super Jumbo Jigger
- Fabric from gray stage to full bleached stage takes only 16 Hours against conventional method of 72 to 80 Hours.
- Cloth is made ready for dyeing & printing within less than 24 Hours. Process damage due to Kier Stains, pit soiling or rope marks are totally eliminated.
- Saving in water, steam, power and manual labour by about 30%.
