SPECIFICATIONS:

• This machine is used for cutting and creasing on the corrugated sheets simultaneously.
• The machine has four cutting and four creasing dies.
• Both the cutting & creasing dies are made in two half for easy to adjust or move from the shaft.
• The machine is sturdy and contains graded alloy steel knives for long life sharpness & smooth cutting.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• The machine punches out the slots and stitch edges of corrugated sheet.
• The slots units are mounted over an eccentric roller causing them to move accurately, as required.
• The machine has three slotting and one corner cutting heads, capable to punch out a number of boards at a time.
• Guides are provided on the feed table, to support the sheet at accurate angle & dimension.
• The rack arrangement is there to set the paper adjustment of knives easily.
• Knives are operating like scissor for precision and smooth cutting.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• This machine is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugated surface of board and specially designed for pasting corrugated sheets of different ply and thickness.
• All rolls are grinded, balanced hard chromed are called glue pickup roll, pressure roll & doctor roll.
• Gum tray is provided to store the gum.
• Side setting is provided to set gum in this machine.
• Setting of gum can be done in microns as desired.
• It saves the time and gum and the final product dries fast because of the minimum application of the gum.
